Simply wrap the garland tie around your garland and railing, give it a couple of twists, and the garland will be held securely in place. It's that simple! Our high-quality ties feature silky 4" tassels on each end. The wired tie itself measures 20" in length. Not just for garland, our ties can be used to secure lights and other decor.
